With state-of-the-art production equipments imported from Germany, Austria, and Taiwan, this ensures the quality as well as precison of steel strip products we are able to produce.

Steel Strip Producing Line

1. Cold roll:

With a number of cold rolling mills SJS offers highest quality standard, Automatic Gauge Control provides thickness accuracy and excellent surface condition of the strip steel. 20-high Sendzimir, 3 stand continues mill, 6-high rolling mill, 4-high rolling mill, and couple of 2-high mills for custom thickness and best possible surface. Dimension thickness: 0.025mm~2.5mm.

2. Annealed:

Fully automated annealing facility with computerize guarantee the uniform annealing structure of metal form, protectunder Nitrogen and Hydrogen gas atmosphere to fulfill your product & need.

3. Slitter:

With over 4 slitting lines, we are able to slit from 20 ton steel strip upto 1250mm width, and as find as 9mm in width.

4. Edge Trim:

Offers cut edge, de-burr edge, and round edge

5. Heat Treatment (Quench):

Total of 5 heat treatment lines with Austria's most famous Heat Treatment Maker - Ebner to provide best possible result for Harden & Temper. Lead bath quenching, Water bath quenching at your selection for Maximum life of product.

By adopting full automatic 20 rolling mill, the steel strip features high invertibility, high precision: thickness as small as 0.025mm, tolerance: ±0.002mm, no surface flaws, surface roughness: Ra 0.05~0.10 m.

Quality Control

Quality Assurance is the number one goal we tried to achieve, through out each process quality inspection are always on site to make sure each of the stainless steel strip are up to standard. Since year 2000 SJS certified in ISO 9001. Quality control department now has 22 people, responsible for the cold-rolled and heat treatment steel strip inspection. Our laboratory has wide range of advanced inspection equipment and gauge such as:

  1. Tensile testing machine, capable of detecting tensile strength and elongation of cold-rolled and heat treatment steel strip
  2. Germany Vickers hardness, superficial Rockwell hardness tester and Japan Rockwell hardness tester, capable of detecting the hardness of thevarious thickness of cold-rolled and heat treated steel strip
  3. HV-4B Computer carbon & sulfur analyzer and JN8618-3A intelligent three-element analyzer, can analyze carbon steel and alloy steel components
  4. Lycra metallographic microscope has the measurement software, able to analyze the microstructure of the steel strip. It can also measure the width, thickness and angle
  5. Japan's Mitutoyo sj-301 surface roughness tester, capable of detecting surface roughness of steel strip
  6. Accordance with national standard of the heat-treated Spring steel, we have made repeated bending tester. It's very helpful to test the fatigue strength of the hot rolled steel strip
  7. When detecting the blade sharpness, TQ-2 blade cutting instrument and digital force gauge can detect cutting force of blade, which also provides a test basis in detecting the sharpness of the blade
